RETURNS AND REFUNDS

​RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPTS

  • We offer an exchange or refund, by the original payment method, on garments, swimwear (with hygienic seal) and beauty products, with a receipt within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged only.

  • Undergarments are Final Sale for hygienic reasons. We cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygienic seal is not in place or has been broken. All Merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition.

  • For designer items purchased in our stores, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise for full refund within 7 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. After 7 days or without a receipt, merchandise may be returned for an exchange only at the last activity/sale price or the current selling price, whichever is lower.

  • Merchandise returned without a receipt may be exchanged only at the last Activity/Sale price OR the current selling price, whichever is lower.

  • Contact Customer Service if you have any questions or comments. Please note, special collections and designer collaborations may be subject to a return policy that may differ from our standard return policy above.
